A Braid in the Hand
Kumihimo on the Hamanaka Disc
The Hanamaka disc is great for braiding on the go, without the need for tama or counterweight. It's often less intimidating for adults, and can be a great way to get kids involved in kumihimo.
Students will be introduced to the method for braiding on a disc and several braid structures for the disc or card. Create a basic bracelet to take home!
